Room of the Month Contest Rules
How to Enter: You may enter the Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings Room of the Month contest online at worldwidefloors.com/contest. Follow instructions and attach jpg of your room photo featuring flooring you recently purchased/installed from Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings. Incorrect, illegible, corrupt, and incomplete entries are void. All entrants must be 18 years or older and be purchaser of product featured in photo. Employees and agents of Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings are not eligible to participate.
Photo must be of a complete finished room, clean and showing the floor as well as accompanying furniture. At our discretion, we will post the room scene on the Worldwide facebook page and tag the contestant. The contestant with the most likes on the post at the end of the month, will receive a $500 gift card to Worldwide. Room photo may be submitted one time only. Minimum 5 post likes required to win.
All eligible entries received within month emailed or postmarked will be entered for that month's contest. By entering, all participants and/or entrants agree to release Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings and it's vendors from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the contest and/or his/her receipt or use of any element of the prize awarded.
Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings decision with respect to the Room of the Month Winner and other matters pertaining to the Contest shall be final and binding. By entering into the contest, each entrant consents to the use by Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings and their designees of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice, performance and/or video (including any footage compiled when the potential Winner is contacted for advertising) and promotional purposes including studio-based on-air camera appearances to announce the Winner in any and all media (including online announcements) now or hereafter known, Worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. In addition, participants in any on-air presentations will be required to sign any agreement and releases Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings with respect to their services and performances. Entry materials will not be returned to entrant and become the property of Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings. Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings reserves the right to end contest without notification at any time. Photo must be of a floor product purchased at Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings starting January 1, 2020. Room can only be entered in contest one time; contestant can however enter other rooms with Worldwide Wholesale Floor Covering products.
