We were pleasantly surprised. The whole process from choosing the carpet to the installation was very easy. Sharmily was not only pleasant but very knowledgeable. While we were in the store we had the impression that we were the most important people in her wheelhouse. All of our concerns regarding installation were eradicated as soon as we met the installers Don and Humberto. They were efficient and concerned for my welfare. (I am disabled). The furniture store we were using recommended getting carpet from your store. Suzette was very helpful as an interior decorator to help match our furniture wood sample with carpet samples that blended well with the furniture, as well as paint color. In addition to her skill, her professionalism and personal interaction was a blessing. Our installer Don, with 39 years experience, did an excellent installation. If we have opportunity to purchase from World Wide in the future, we would ask to have Don as our installer again.

Mr. Lazaridis is a very knowledgeable, and professional salesman. We returned to World Wide Flooring not once, not twice, but three times so that we could work with Mr. Lazaridis. The first time was for a wood flooring throughout our main rooms, then again for a rug runner in our hallways, and most recently for a wood flooring in our master bedroom. If any of our friends or neighbors ever need any flooring needs we will definitely recommend him to them. He is very easy to work with, always returns calls, follows up with us when he says he will, and informs us of any changes/issues. Please recognize him for the quality of work he possesses.

All in all a nice experience. We live in between Lawrenceville and Edison. We did go twice to your Lawrenceville store. Both times we were told the carpet area is being renovated. There is really nothing to look at. Ashame because I work in the area. Easier. We will be back for tile.

Don and his assistant George were terrific. The carpet weighed about 500 lb and had to be carried up a stairway with a 90 degree turn at the top. Someone had to come to help them get the carpet up the stairs and around the corner, but then they did a great job on the installation. They were friendly and very competent. We were very satisfied.
