Only when you choose Worldwide's Certified Flooring Technicians to install your new hard surface wood, vinyl or laminate floor.
Included with your purchase of material and installation, Worldwide warrants your installation will be free from any installation-related issues, for a period of 10 years from the date of install.
This warranty applies to installation related issues only, when installed per Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings recommendations and maintained as per the manufacturers requirements for the duration of the warranty. The installation, floor preparation, removal of old floors, and any site related preparation must be done as per Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings recommendations and contracted with and performed by Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings.
This warranty does not apply to material type claims, in that case refer to the manufacturers specific warranty on the manufacturer's web site or documentation within the flooring packaging for detailed warranty and maintenance requirements.
This warranty applies to retail residential jobs only where the purchaser is the owner of the residence. This does not apply to commercial work, tenant purchases, etc.
Local site conditions that can affect the installation of the flooring are not covered in this warranty. These include, but are not limited to; moisture present that exceeds the manufacturers specifications or requirements; higher or lower humidity than suggested within the manufacturers specifications; sub-floor or house settling/movement that affects the finished floor. Please refer to the manufacturers warranty for all requirements that pertain to the product purchased.
Installation related problems due to excessive wear and tear, mis-use, neglect, flooding, fire, or other acts of god are not covered.
